Combat Unemployment - Local Community Possibilities

I welcome councillors to participate, and only because they have the charter at hand with them (National Government)

So far, and it's a proven fact that since the birth of our democracy in SA, was our employment system flushed creating a market for recruitment agencies, that in the end discriminating against those being at home for to long. Our education system has become extremely cheap and has gain more popularity amongst the blacks.

The economy looking at inflation has put even more strain on our on local communities, I'm talking families.

God, who is completely absent in the building of solution architects, made it clear to us, we can rectify anything that is in chaos if our response comes from the word of God.

If we get out of us, what He has put in us, particular to you, and it flows naturally, we are fulfilled.

Skills are one of them and if it is your calling... who can compete against it. Example: If your calling is to bake vetkoek, it comes with a touch from above. Not every one is called to preach, no.

Well, the problem is we didn't know it. And I can add, we don't have something to maintain such, to use it for generating an income.

Part of my vision, in the design phase of my platform, was to create a free and open portfolio module to accommodate anyone with a particular skill to showcase his talent. Example: Cutting grass for your clients, but you take a before photo and after photo and ask if your client is prepared to write a review of your competency.

Well, having everyone on our community platform will enable you to get called rather than you always looking for the next client. You're finishing off doing work for a client becomes your signature and can compete with market related prices, giving you the edge of earning well.

This is but little that I share with you. I welcome input from our councillors because I like to begin something called "Education vs Skills".

Education is very important and key to our young generation. A must and will always be.

Comments from the community are also welcomed.

Kind Regards

Chris
